| Вода | 1 стакан |
Инструкция
1. Тыкву вымыть, разделить на порционные куски (как на фото). Очистить от семечек и мякоти. Еще раз промыть.

2. В кастрюлю налить один стакан воды так, чтобы покрыло дно, и еще чуточку. Выложить кусочки тыквы, сердцевиной к воде, кожурой кверху, но не класть ее сердцевиной в воду, а поставить ее по кругу, друг рядом с другом. Если тыква большая, то класть поверх первых кусков. Важно, чтобы мякотью тыква была над водой, так как она приготовится благодаря пару. Накрыть крышкой и поставить на медленный огонь. Варить до тех пор, пока не станет достаточно мягкой. Время приготовления зависит от тыквы, ее размера, сорта и т.д.

3. Когда тыква приготовится, достать, немного остудить и можно подавать к столу.
