| Творог мягкий обезжиренный | 200 г |
| Хлопья овсяные | 150 г |
| Эссенция ванильная | 10 г |
| Яйцо куриное | 1 штука |
| Замороженная вишня | 100 г |
Инструкция
1. Смешать творог, яйцо и около половины овсяных хлопьев, добавить ванильную эссенцию и хорошо перемешать.

2. Добавить к тесту вишню, а на плоскую тарелку высыпать оставшиеся хлопья.

3. Отщипывать влажными руками кусочки теста, скатывать шарики и обваливать их в хлопьях.

4. Выпекать при температуре 180–190 градусов до золотистого цвета (около 25 минут).
