| Листья базилика зеленого | 2 столовые ложки |
| Оливки без косточек | 2 столовые ложки |
| Масло оливковое extra virgin | 5 столовых ложек |
| Лимоны | ½ штуки |
Инструкция
- 1. Баклажан нарежьте вдоль на полоски толщиной около 5 мм.

5. Выжмите сок из половинки лимона.

6. Для тапенада маслины измельчите в блендере вместе с 20 г каперсов, лимонным соком, чесноком, листьями базилика и 2 столовыми ложками оливкового масла. Тапенад должен получиться по структуре как песто, чтобы его можно было намазать на баклажан. При необходимости добавляйте оливковое масло по чуть-чуть чтобы добиться нужной структуры.

7. На 0,5 баклажанов выложите лисички, на вторую половину баклажанов — тапенад. Разложите их на сервировочной тарелке или доске вперемежку.

9. Сверху на лисички выложите нарезанный перьями белый сладкий лук.
