Инструкция

1.  Просеять в миску муку, сделать в ней углубление и влить дрожжи, разведенные в молоке с 1 столовой ложкой сахара и небольшим количеством муки. Оставить на 15 мин. Затем добавить 80 грамм сахара, соль, яйца и масло, вымесить тесто и оставить его на 1 час подходить.

• 2.  Духовку нагреть до 200 градусов. Сливы вымыть, разрезать каждую пополам и удалить косточки.

• 3.  Тесто раскатать на смазанном жиром противне в тонкий пласт, посыпать 40 граммами сахара и сверху выложить сливы. Пирог поставить на 20 минут в духовку.

• 4.  Взбить яичные белки с оставшимся сахаром и имбирем. Положить массу в кондитерский мешок. Пирог вынуть из духовки, выдавить на него безе и поставить еще на 10-15 минут в духовку.
