отварное куриное филе (или ветчина) 250 г
картофель 3 шт.
яйца 4 шт.
кольца ананаса 5 шт.
репчатый лук 1 шт.
яблоко 1 шт.
сок лимона 1 ч.л.
грецкие орехи для украшения
зеленый лук для украшения
майонез 200 г
соль, перец по вкусу
Время приготовления:
Натираем на крупной терке картофель и вареное яйцо. Нарезаем куриное филе, измельчаем лук.
Удаляем сердцевину у яблока, снимаем кожуру и натираем яблоко на крупной терке. Нарезаем мелко ананас.
Выкладываем часть картофеля на тарелку, солим, перчим. Выкладываем на картофель немного майонеза и распределяем его по поверхности. Выкладываем на майонез часть лука и распределяем его по поверхности тонким слоем, солим, перчим.
Делаем слой из куриного мяса, добавляем майонез. Делаем слой из яблока, сверху выкладываем слой из яйца, солим, перчим, покрываем майонезом.
Выкладываем на салат часть ананасов и снова повторяем все слои (всего должно получиться 10 слоев). В конце салат присыпаем тертым яйцом и аккуратно распределяем его по всей поверхности. Покрываем поверхность салата майонезом. Украшаем салат грецкими орехами, чтобы он стал похожим на ананас
Как вариант: орехи можно измельчить и посыпать ими готовый салат. Перышки зеленого лука сыграют роль хвостика.
