1.  Обжарьте фисташки и измельчите.

Добавьте морковь, натертую на мелкой терке, молотые фисташки, муку и разрыхлитель. Замесите тесто и выложите в форму для выпекания.

• 4.  Выпекайте 40 минут. Готовый корж разрежьте горизонтально на 2 части.

• 5.  Для приготовления крема залейте желатин небольшим количеством воды и оставьте набухать. Соедините желатин с апельсиновым и морковным соком, нагрейте и дайте остыть. Добавьте сливки и апельсиновую цедру.

• 6.  Намажьте кремом корж, накройте другим и нанесите крем на всю поверхность пирога. Посыпьте пирог орехами, крупно порубленными.
