Ингредиенты (с рассчетом на 6 человек)
Нуга парфе
- 30 г черного шоколада
- 200 г ореховой нуги (нарезаемой)
- 125 мл Baileys Ирландский крем
- 250 мл взбитых сливок
- 2 пакета ванильного сахара
Сальса манго
- 1 маленькое манго
- 2-3 веточки мяты + мята для декора
- щепотка грубо молотого красного перца
Приготовление:
- Натираем шоколад. Нугу в кастрюльке заливаем Baileys, осторожно нагревая и медленно растапливаем ореховую нугу, непрерывно помешивая. Даем смеси остыть. Взбиваем сливки, постепенно добавляя ванильный сахар. Замешиваем взбитые сливки и шоколад в ореховой нуге. Образуем форму (например, квадратный торт, длиной 20 см, 9 см в ширину и 7 см в высоту). Оставляем в холодильнике на ночь.
- Чистим манго и отделяем мякоть от косточки. Порежьте мякоть маленькими кубиками. Ошпарить мяту, высушить и оборвать листочки от стебля. Мелко нарезать листья мяты. Посыпать кусочки манго красным перцем и нарезанной мятой.
- Опустите форму с парфе не на долго в горячую воду. Извлекаем парфе, нарезаем ломтиками и подаем с сальса манго, украшенными листьями мяты.
