| Молоко сгущенное | 100 г |
| Сахар | 100 г |
| Арахис | 100 г |
| Вода | 50 мл |
| Сок лимонный | 3 столовые ложки |
Инструкция
1. Арахис обжарить (желательно равномерно). Остудить. Снять кожицу.

2. Воду нагреть. Растворить в ней сахар, постоянно перемешивая.

3. Как только вода с сахаром начнёт кипеть, влить лимонный сок, сгущенное молоко и предварительно растопленное сливочное масло. Очень хорошо все перемешать и уваривать на протяжении 20 минут на маленьком огне, постоянно перемешивая.

4. В конце варки добавить арахис и еще раз хорошо все перемешать.

5. Выложить массу в подходящую форму и отправить щербет в морозилку до полного застывания.
