Инструкция

• 1.  В кастрюле вскипятить 1 литр воды, посолить и добавить уксус. Мозги, промытые от пленок, опустить в воду и варить 3–5 минут. Вынуть шумовкой и обсушить.

• 2.  Лук очистить, измельчить и поджарить на сливочном масле до светло-коричневого цвета. Мозги нарезать крупными кубиками, добавить лук, вбить 2 желтка, посолить, поперчить, перемешать и посыпать нарубленной петрушкой.
