Инструкция

1.  Снимите цедру с лимонов и порежьте.

• 2.  Выдавите сок.

• 3.  Половину цедры положите в кастрюлю, залейте соком и бренди. Оставите на ночь.

• 4.  На следующий день процедите смесь, добавьте сахар и кипятите до полного растворения.

• 5.  Довавьте сладкое белое вино и медленно смешивайте со взбитыми сливками.

• 6.  Выложите в отдельные розетки и закройте пленкой.

• 7.  Поставьте в холодильник на 3 часа. Готовый силлабаб подавать в бокалах со свежими ягодами.
