Ингредиенты
| Клубника | 300 г |
| Творог 1%-ный | 180 г |
| Молоко | 100 г |
| Кешью жареный | 50 г |
| Мед гречишный | 4 столовые ложки |
| Эссенция ванильная | 1 чайная ложка |
| Мята свежая | по вкусу |
| Голубика | по вкусу |
| Желатин | 5 г |
Инструкция
1. Замочить желатин в молоке. После того как он набухнет, нагреть до растворения. добавить ванильную эссенцию (можно и семена из стручка добавить). Смешать молоко с творогом и медом.

2. Клубнику раздавить вилкой, орешки слегка измельчить.

3. В широкий стакан (или можно использовать небольшие баночки грамм по 250–300) укладываем слоями: клубничное пюре — творожно-молочная смесь — клубника — кешью — творожно-молочная смесь.

4. Ставим в холодильник. Оно не получится по консистенции как желе, а будет скорее, как пудинг. Готовый десерт достаем из холодильника, посыпаем кешью, украшаем голубикой и мятой.
