крупный картофель 8 шт.
фарш из говядины 400 г
лук 1 шт.
перец чили 1/2 шт.
томатная паста 2 ст.л.
консервированная кукуруза 200 г
консервированная фасоль 200 г
соль, растительное масло по вкусу
Вкусное, сытное и нехлопотное блюдо, которое можно приготовить на ужин.
Картофель вымыть, протереть полотенцем и каждую картофелину по отдельности завернуть в фольгу, смазанную маслом. Положить на решетку в духовку и запекать 1 час при 200 градусах.
Лук и перец чили порубить. Фарш обжарить в растительном масле до рассыпчатости. Добавить к мясу лук и перц чили, приправить томатной пастой, влить 50 мл воды и довести до кипения. Посолить, добавить к мясу фасоль и кукурузу.
С каждой картофелины срезать небольшую крышечку, выбрать часть мякоти. Выложить в картошку мясную смесь и поставить на 5 минут в разогретую духовку.
