Рецепт на 8 порций.
Духовку разогреть до 190 С. Формочки смазать сливочным маслом. В миске смешать муку, миндаль и лимонную цедру. Отдельно взбить яйцо с сахаром до получения пышной белой массы.
Корзиночки с творогом и фруктами
Мучную смесь осторожно всыпать в яичную и перемешать аккуратными движениями. В тесто добавить ягоды, немного перемешать и разложить массу по формочкам.
Выпекать на среднем уровне духовки 15-20 минут. Готовность проверить с помощью зубочистки.
