| Сахар | 125 г |
| Масло сливочное | 175 г |
| Шоколад горький | 200 г |
Инструкция
1. Муку просеять и перемешать с миндалем, молотым имбирем, ванильным сахаром, измельченной цедрой апельсинов и солью.

3. Масло нарубить стружкой и посыпать сверху. Охлажденными руками растереть эту смесь в крошку.

4. Противень смазать и распределить на нем чуть больше половины теста, слегка прижав его к форме. Остальное тесто в виде крошек высыпать сверху. Сразу же поставить форму в горячую духовку и выпекать при 220 градусах 20-25 минут — до золотисто-желтого цвета. Затем вынуть из духовки и оставить ненадолго на противне для испарения лишней влаги.

5. Еще теплым разрезать корж на бруски длиной 6 см и охладить.
