Инструкция

• 1.  Лапшу фунчозу залить кипятком на 5 минут, добавить соли. Затем промыть ее около минуты в холодной воде.

• 2.  Морковь, перец, огурец нарезать тонкой соломкой, чеснок мелко покрошить.

• 3.  В сковороде разогреть подсолнечное масло и недолго пассеровать на нем морковь с перцем, так, чтобы овощи слегка смягчились. В конце обжарки добавить чеснок.

• 4.  Смешать фунчозу с пассерованными овощами и огурцом. Добавить 3 чайные ложки уксуса и соевый соус по вкусу.
